Terrible service... after 5 pm they don't even answer the phone and when they do it seems like they are doing us a favor. Sellers or the store have no desire to sell, they just can.

Big store, I needed to replace a part because it was defective after a short time of use, they replaced it without any hassle. They also deliver parts to your home, which is very good.

I want to express the service I received from the people who work at this company. I'm from RJ, and I was looking for a part for my vehicle that I only found online on the network (Autogeral Auto Peças) which is only available in SP. When I called one of the stores and asked for a specific part, I received excellent service and the attendant himself made the transfer to the unit that would know how to proceed with sending it to me. Upon being attended to again by a gentleman (who at the moment I don't remember his name), once again with a quality of service that is rare to have here in RJ, he made me available to a girl called Débora who, got in touch via Whatsapp, and helped me from start to finish with every intention and finalization of the purchase. I haven't received my product yet, but just for the quality of service, the whole process is worth it. I recommend the store to consult and purchase the products you are looking for, regardless of the price of the merchandise, it is worth the purchase just for the excellent service of its employees.

To the attendant Diego, how good it would be if at least some of the attendants were so attentive and so helpful. He served me very well with all the attention and politeness and in addition he practically replaced my car battery with a little of my help, as I would have to change it myself and I have no experience in doing so. Thank you very much Diego, you saved my day on Christmas Eve on a Saturday morning, it's a shame I wasn't able to tip you, but as soon as I can I won't forget that day and all your kindness. Congratulations also to the service at the counter where I sold the old battery and removed the new battery. I would like to praise the cashier as well but unfortunately he left a lot to be desired in all aspects. Thank you to Auto Geral for having such attentive and competent people, they definitely deserve a differentiator.
